Education and training

Keynote: Messes, problems and puzzles - Gerald Ashley
Monday 26 June

Gerald Ashley is a former banker, now a risk and behaviour expert. Through his keynote Gerald will look at how we make decisions. Are we rational in our choices? Are we easily influenced? Gerald will explain that, how we make decisions is different from how we say we make decisions. Drawing on complexity science and behavioural economics he will illustrate the points with real life examples – both humorous and more serious.

Plenary: The future is coming, the future is now - Sarah Pearson and Tilden Watson, Zurich Municipal
