We are going back to basics with the return of our suite of risk management courses. This course has been designed to provide a basic yet comprehensive understanding of the essential building blocks of the risk management process. The training is a mixture of formal teaching and practical exercises using recent real-life case studies. Delegates will be encouraged to discuss their organisation's approach to risk management, raise issues and share practical solutions. Courses will be available on:

For the first time ever, we are also offering an advanced suite of risk management courses for those who are more experienced in their role of perhaps you have already completed the back to basics course. This advanced course is designed to explore a number of key factors that must be considered and addressed in order for risk management to operate effectively and add real value to your organisation. • Wednesday 18 November - Manchester
• Friday 20 November - London.
