Morning all,

Quick query re: cavity wall insulation claims... have any members seen an increase (or indeed any activity at all) in claims of this nature?

Not something that we have noted at Beyond Housing but I'd be interested to hear what is happening across the country in this area.

Hi Chris

I have noticed, on a number of Disrepair claims brought against Thirteen, moisture tracking across the cavity wall insulation and causing damp, has been identified in the claimant's expert's inspection report.

Chris,

I was speaking to Jacqui van Zyl at Leeds City Council a couple of weeks ago and she was saying they have seen a large increase in cavity wall claims coming in from two major claims companies. Her tel is 0113 3788583
