ALARMHi, following an inventory of art, artefacts etc, we would like to get some of the items valued. Having looked online, it is difficult to know where to start. Have any other Scottish local authorities used a valuation service for specialist items? Do you have any advice or guidance? Any thoughts much appreciated.

Anyhow, I'm not involved directly in this but I would be happy to put you in touch with the museum team who provide us with the valuations for fine art tenders etc and they could maybe give you some insight as to what they do about getting updated valuations.
