Hi, Powys are reviewing their current contract wordings for minor works (JCT MW 2016) and the question has been asked about whether clause 5a (contractor to insure in joint names), clause 5b (employer to insure in joint names) or clause 5c (employer to insure by other means) is most appropriate. I'd be interested to know what others feel and how they go about arranging cover if 5b is used? Thanks in advance.
