In this webinar Kate Hemstock, Derbyshire Constabulary provides an overview of the work being undertaken with Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary, Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) and Police Forces to develop a MoRiLE model that forces can use to support the production of Force Management Statements. The webinar is also suitable for non-Police organisations that want to develop a “health check” of their business.

The ORA model has been developed to support Organisational “Health” Assessments in order to inform service delivery and support service improvement. The ORA is focussed on improving the organisation’s understanding of the demands facing them and the resources they have to meet demand, to enable an assessment of any demand gaps and the risks presented by these. The model began life in policing and is used by forces to support the HMICFRS Force Management Statement process.

Kate is an experienced analyst and team leader with twelve years’ experience in law enforcement working in the arenas of performance management, service improvement, business intelligence and business change.
