Last year the world paused. ‘Normal’ left us behind and it was replaced with a virtual way of living and working. We all had to find a way to navigate through the pandemic, including continuing to move forward within our organisations, to grow and avoid stagnation.

Projects continued to be delivered, risks were managed and there were some real successes to shout loudly about. As we now begin to see a reduction in the spread of the virus, the development of vaccines, we hold onto the hope that the end of the crisis is in sight; what will this mean for how we work, how we project manage and how we think about and respond to the risks we face?

In this webinar you will gain an understanding of how risk is best managed within projects. Ashley will discuss the steps to take to build a project risk register and how to evaluate different risk identification techniques, how these can be used to get the best engagement from the project team and discuss the new world of virtual project management.

Ashley Easen (ashley.easen@rmpartners.co.uk) is Director of Risk Control at Risk Management Partners. Ashley has been supporting public sector clients to raise defensibility, improve their risk profiles, strengthen safety standards and reduce their total cost of risk for over 20 years.
