In this webinar, experts from Sedgwick will explore how organisations can make claims easier for vulnerable customers using behavioural science.

They will also discuss:

  • The extent of the challenge currently faced and the impacts on customers, local authorities and claims handlers.
  • Learnings from behavioural science and how this is being deployed in claims handling.
  • Ideas about further actions to improve understanding and solutions.
