I'm looking for some inspiration on training that will help me as a risk manager - but something not directly related to Risk Management which will challenge my thinking and add most value.
Do you have any experience of previous training that you think added most value?

Hi Hugh, at Renfrewshire we have an in-house management development programme called 'Leaders of the Future' which has covered a range of topics spread over 12-18 months. It has been - informative and thought-provoking, but perhaps best of all, it's been great knowing that the Corporate Management Team has committed to allowing us time-out to benefit from the sessions and develop good relationships with fellow cohort members.
