We are trying to benchmark what other organisations intend to do to minimise wider Covid 19 infection clustering as we plan our return to office working for those who need to.
We understand that some organisations are operating two distinct A and B cohort groups – each alternating between one week in the office and one week working from home (i.e. Weeks 1 & 3 = Cohort A. Weeks 2 & 4 = Cohort B)
In some cases functions or teams the individuals are split between the two cohort groups to ensure not all members of a specific team become cross-infected during the same week at the same time – however, we also understand that some organisations are allowing all team members to join one cohort group. Grateful for insight into how you will be managing this risk.
