East Ayrshire Council are reviewing the minimum indemnity limits we ask third parties to provide when providing a service for us. Currently these are as follows –

• £5m Public/Product liability
• £10m Employer’s liability
• £2m Professional indemnity

I would be interested to hear what minimum requirements other Local Authorities ask for?
